All of our stationery is made to order, and we keep you at the core of the process.
We do not press print until we have your confirmation that you’re happy with the design. We also offer a posted proof option, which we advise customers to purchase — we’ll send up to two lots of your proofs so you can feel the print and paper in hand and decide if you’re happy before we go to print.
Because every order is personalised and made to order, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if you’re not completely happy with your order, please get in touch within 30 days and we’ll do our best to sort it.
