Dispatch & timing
As everything is personalised and made to order, we don’t print until you’ve approved your proof. Dispatch takes 7–10 working days from approval; postal transit then depends on the delivery option selected at checkout. Individual card samples are dispatched within two working days. UK sample orders are sent separately by untracked Royal Mail Second Class for £1.90 per order; international sample delivery is calculated at checkout.
