Gild and Ink is a wedding stationery studio designing and printing for couples across Essex. Every suite is designed in-house, digitally printed by our trusted specialist print partner and quality-checked by us before it is posted to your door — so whether you are marrying in Chelmsford, Brentwood or on the coast at Frinton-on-Sea, your invitations arrive ready to address and send.
We are not a high-street printer, and you do not need to live nearby to work with us. Because everything is proofed by email and delivered by tracked post, we look after Essex couples in exactly the same way wherever the wedding happens to be.

Our ranges run from soft botanical illustration to clean, typographic and minimalist designs, so there is something to suit a marquee in the countryside as easily as a modern city celebration. Where you would like a little extra shine, we add raised foiling as an optional finish, in gold, rose gold or silver. Nothing is templated and nothing is rushed — each suite is set around your names, your wording and your day.

We post to every part of the county, from Colchester, Saffron Walden and Dedham in the north to Billericay, Loughton, Chigwell and Southend-on-Sea in the south. Because our stationery is a mail-order product rather than a local-only service, we also send to couples right across the UK — Essex is simply where a good number of our couples happen to be marrying.

Start with your save the dates, choose your wedding invitations and matching RSVP and details cards, then carry the same design through to your on-the-day pieces — menus, place cards, table numbers and signage. Every item is printed to match, so the look you fall for on your invitation follows your guests all the way to the last dance.

Ordering is simple: browse the collection, choose your suite and paper, and send us your wording. Your first digital proof is supplied within three working days of receiving your complete wording.
